On 12 April 2007 the Socio-Economic Rights Project at the Community Law Centre, University of the Western Cape, celebrated 10 years of its existence, as well as the launch of the much awaited, Socio-Economic Rights in South Africa: A Resource Book, 2nd Edition (2007).
