Masters Programme on Local Government

The Community Law Centre offers a highly competitive research and training programme on local government and decentralisation in South Africa and the rest of Africa.

The programme aims to produce highly trained masters’ graduates in a practice-based masters’ programme on local government and decentralisation. The programme commences in the 2009 academic year. Successful students will be awarded with an LLM or an Mphil degree from the University of the Western Cape. Financial assistance is provided (terms & conditions apply).
