Latest ESR Review now available!

This third and last edition of the ESR Review this year (Volume 15, No 3 2014) includes two feature articles on the enjoyment of socioeconomic rights.

The first, by Ngcimezile Mbano-Mweso, examines whether a human right to water for food production should be recognised for women. The second feature, by Amahirwe Denyse, probes the responsiveness of the affected states and the international community to the current Ebola outbreak in West Africa. Although the affected states have taken several measures to contain the spread of Ebola, these strategies fall short of the requirement to realise the right to the highest attainable standard of mental and physical health.
