Virtual Launch of the Journal of African Law (JAL) - Special Issue on COVID-19 and the Law in AfricaThe Special Issue contains articles dealing with the intersection between COVID-19 and the Law in Africa. Drawing on examples across the region, the papers in this Special Issue discusses the relationship between COVID-19 and various aspects of the law. This Special Issue and contributions thereof provide a unique opportunity to examine a wide array of legal issues at various levels – local, national, transnational, subregional, regional – both doctrinally and empirically.
