Prof Ebenezer Durojaye

Ebenezer Durojaye is Professor of Law and Head of the Socio-economic Rights Project at the Dullah Omar Institute, University of the Western Cape. His research interests include human rights with focus on socio-economic rights issues such as poverty and human rights, sexual and reproductive health and rights, intersection between human rights and health decisions, a rights-based approach to non-communicable diseases in Africa, the intersection between culture and women's rights in Africa, women’s health and adolescents’ sexual and reproductive health and rights. From 2012-2014, he provided technical support to the UN Special Rapporteur on extreme poverty and human rights.
